Per Cobb County Police Reports, Norberto Ezquerra of Marietta, Georgia, was involved in an accident on March 4, 2023.
Ezquerra told the reporting officer that he was in the far right lane on Cobb Parkway attempting to merge onto I285 Southbound. He stopped while attempting to merge into the exit lane ramp and was struck from behind by another vehicle.
Ezquerra followed the vehicle and was able to take down the tag number of the fleeing vehicle: Georgia tag CRT 3581. He followed the silver Toyota Tacoma to Cumberland Mall before ending chase.
Ezquerra complained of neck pain following the accident and had significant damage to the vehicle as a result.
