On April 2, 2024 Jhadai Evans and Huseein Smith were involved in an accident on Lower Dixie Lake Road.
Smith told the officer that he observed two dogs in the roadway and applied the breaks. When this occurred he was struck in the rear by Evans. Both vehicles sustained functional damage. The officer sited Evans for following too closely and and Smith was cited for driving with expired registration.
