Per Lawrenceville Police Records, Georgia Giwa and Ivan Garcia Bermudez both of Lawrenceville, Georgia were involved in an accident on December 3, 2022.
Giwa was traveling east bound on Paper Mill Road when her vehicle went straight through the curve striking Garcia Bermudez's vehicle.
There were no witness accounts of the accident. However, the report stated that the accident occurred at 5:30am, so it is possible that the lack of sunlight at the time prevented Giwa from properly seeing the roadway.
