Per Lawrenceville Police Reports, on August 28, 2022, Samir Pjevic of Buford, Georgia, and Mario Mendoza of Dacula, Georgia was involved in an accident.
Pjevic was stopped in the left turn lane on Buford Drive ready to merge onto University Parkway Access Road. Mendoza was stopped at a red light on University Parkway Access Road at the Buford Drive intersection.
Apparently Pjevic fell asleep and veered to the right and struck Mendoza's vehicle. The time on the report was 12:17, which is to be assumed P.M. as police reports normally report in military time.
No further information was given.
