Per Lawrenceville Police Reports, Cirilo Goicochea of Norcross, Georgia, and Francine Raimondi and Dacula, Georgia, were involved in an accident on West Pike Street.
According to the report, Goicochea attempted to change from the center to the right-hand lane and struck Raimondi's car along the right-hand side. Goicochea claimed that Raimondi' was driving too fast, which caused the accident.
Raimondi told the reporting officer that both vehicles had been stopped at a stop light. It appears that Goicochea did not check the blind spot before changing lanes.
