According to Marietta Police Reports, Tyler Waid of Marietta, Georgia, and Kathy Grubbs of Powder Springs, Georgia, were involved in an accident on October 4, 2022, at the intersection of S Marietta Parkway and Atlanta Street.
According to the report, Waid was in a lane eastbound on S Marietta Street designated to go straight through the intersection at Atlanta Street. Waid attempted to turn right from his lane and then struck Grubbs vehicle in the right-hand turn lane.
Waid was cited for improper turn (citation number: MP 306742).
