According to Marietta Police Reports, Matheus De Morais of Marietta, Georgia, and Luis Andrade of Woodstock, Georgia, were involved in an accident on September 18, 2022.
Per the report, De Morais was traveling northbound on South Fairground Steet when he attempting to make a right hand turn on South Marietta Parkway. Andrade was at the same intersection at the yield sign waiting for traffic to clear before turning right. De Morais rear-ended Andrade's vehicle and was found at fault for following too closely.
