Per Cobb County Police Reports, Ferretiz Gutierrez of Austell, Georgia, was a victim of a hit-and-run-on September 12, 2022.
Gutierrez told the reporting officer that both he and the unknown driver were travelling northbound on Sandtown Road approaching Booth Road. He slowed to make a right-hand turn when his vehicle was struck from behind.
He described the other vehicle as a black work van with ladders on top. The driver is described as a Hispanic male.
